• One annual tune-up/safety inspection on your heating system(s)

• 10% discount on HP equipment repairs during normal service hours up to $250.00
• 10% discount on plumbing repairs during normal service hours up to $250.00

Conditions of Coverage:

• Verne & Ellsworth Hann will endeavor to render prompt and efficient service hereunder, but it is expressly agreed that Verne & Ellsworth Hann shall in no event be liable for damage or loss caused by delay or any loss arising out of the performance of this plan.
• Normal service hours are M-F 8am – 3:30pm: excluding holidays.
• Customer is responsible for scheduling the annual cleaning and safety inspections. We will use reasonable efforts to inform and remind you when inspections are due. Standard inspection allows for 45 minutes of labor per system.
• Payment is due on or before the time of service. No service will be rendered under this plan if customer has a past due account.
• Home Plan members cannot combine any other offers, discounts or coupons for any service or parts including maintenance, repairs or installations.
• All heating and cooling systems must be covered under this plan.
